(Ignore the stars on the right, you know the drill)
Well, leaving aside my personal preferences of this wonderful group, I must say that this is positively splendid. Let's go from left to right.
Nero has the regal air that Serperiors all carry, while still maintaining his respective nature. His clothing matches that same regal stance but carries your own original ideas. The sword is fitting, once more because of his apparent regality, and I must compliment his tail in particular, as I like how you have slightly changed the natural shape to fit in with the rest of the design.
Charlotte's colour scheme fits the bland one of the Unfezant she is, which is good as straying too far off the original's palette could lead to a gaudy malfunction of a character. Her wings are incredibly well drawn and the position they are in suits her pose. The sticking up part of her hair -which I believe is meant to be the tuft of feathers a female Unfezant has- is a great addition as, unlike other artists, you have incorporated the human aspects (in this situation, her hair) in order to link it to the Pokémon.
Lei's pose is superb and he appears to be specifically attempting to make eye contact with the viewer, which reflects his design -which consists of the natural Zebstrika stripes, which adds a near sense of danger (after all, lightning is something to be feared). Similar to Charlotte, I enjoy how you have worked his hair into being the front two "spikes" on Zebstrika.
I must mention how the graceful Swanna Nikolai is my absolute favourite, with his absolutely perfect position and wonderful clothes. The best part of it all is how these qualities all fit the character and original creature. One of my favourite parts of this beautiful man -not mentioning the lower half of his leotard, of course- is how you have taken the rather spiky clumps of hair on either side of a Swanna's head and made them far more smooth and less threatening. If someone asked me to make a criticism about Nikolai, I would have serious difficulty with doing so.
Ah, Veleno, our favourite muscular Scolipede. His horns are sized correctly, not being large enough that he would topple over from the weight but not small enough either that he would not intimidate anyone. His abs are nothing short of brilliant and I would happily spend many a day gazing at them in admiration if not for other distractions from your amazing gallery.
The first thing that caught my eye with Shiro -and probably caught the eye of everyone else as well- was the stupendous shine you added to his armour, giving it a true metallic quality. As with Veleno, his horns are well-sized, and the same applies to his tail. You've taken into consideration his hair, making sure that his ponytail respects gravity like the rest of him.

Keep up the good work please!
